Our home is equipped with whelping suites situated right behind, along with additional suites in my home, ensuring optimal care for whelping and raising litters. To ensure round-the-clock attentive care, we have a dedicated fulltime staff available all seven days of the week. Our whelping and puppy raising suites span approximately 200 sq feet, providing a climate-controlled environment, and each suite is accompanied by an attached puppy run, specifically designed for nurturing puppies. Our facility can comfortably accommodate multiple litters of different ages, as it has been meticulously designed for the purpose of whelping and puppy raising.

To create a secure and peaceful environment for the new mom and her puppies, the whelping rooms offer a safe and quiet space. We possess ultrasound machine, which enable us to confirm pregnancies and monitor any distress during the whelping process. Ensuring cleanliness and safety is our utmost priority, while also striving to provide the puppies with a warm and loving environment before they transition to their new homes. At our facility, we aim to deliver a home away from home experience for your beloved four-legged family member.

At Adored Poodles & Doodles, we understand that some dog owners may have the desire to breed their Dam, but lack the necessary facilities, time, or expertise to ensure the best possible care for the litter. To address this, we are pleased to offer our exclusive whelping and puppy care services to a limited number of pre-approved litters annually. Rest assured, these litters will receive the same exceptional start that is provided to all APD puppies, from the moment they are born until they are ready to be placed in the hands of their new owners at the age of 8 weeks. We specialize in Poodles, Golden Retrievers, Doodles, and Australian Shepherds. We welcome all breeds and will consider whelping a Frenchie litter on an approved program.

• Care of your pregnant Dam for at least 5 days prior to scheduled whelp date of the puppies.
• Administration of any drugs or supplements during the Dam’s stay, which is to be provided by the owner/owner’s veterinarian.
• Whelping the pups. If complications arise and trips to the vet are necessary, the Dam’s owner pays for the vet services. Any drugs used in the whelping process are to be provided by or paid for by the owner. This includes but is not limited to emergency cesarean section.
• Trip to the vet for dew claw removal, initial puppy checkup, and post whelp checkup of Dam. These vet costs are to be provided by Dam’s owner.
• Trip to vet for 1st round of puppy shots. These vet costs are the responsibility of the owner.
• Administration of de-worming and de-protozoa medicines. Medicine is paid for by the Dam’s owner.
• Weaning of puppies around 4 weeks of age. The cost of the puppy food is to be paid for by the Dam’s owner. Dam’s food will be provided by the owner.
• If puppies require tube/bottle feeding, Dam’s owner is responsible for providing formula/goats’ milk.
• At three weeks puppies will start potty training. Puppies will be potty tray trained for up to six weeks and then will work on doggie door training to potty area. This will give the puppy a great start on potty training for their forever home.
• All puppies will receive ENS and ESI training.
• Adored Poodles & Doodles uses Puppy Culture curriculum. All puppies will receive the eight-week program.
• The owner will receive daily weights for the first two weeks, then weekly weight checks.
• Owner will receive daily updates on litter and Dam. This includes pictures and videos.
• The owner will receive weekly individual pictures of each puppy. Will provided special picture request.
• The owner can schedule puppy visits for potential buyers.
• Weekly updates and pictures of Dam.
• If Dam is in a Guardian home, will provide updates and pictures to guardians. Guardians can schedule visits to the Dam.
